Q: Will I receive a card that looks exactly like the one I choose on the website?
A: The greeting or invitation that you choose will not be exactly like the one shown on the website. Colors and
patterns will be similar but, due to changes in supplier products and accessories, we cannot guarantee that they will be
exactly the same. With that in mind, we will email you a scanned image of the completed greeting or invitation you
have ordered for your approval. After you have approved the product, your order will be completed and delivered as
promised.

Q: If I don't see a card or invitation on the website that I love, are you able to create cards custom for clients?
A: Absolutely. If you don't see a card that fits your occasion perfectly, just email me at
sam@simplysplendidsentiments.com and let me know what you are looking for. I can create something specific to your
occasion taking into consideration colors, embellishments and overall look of the product you are requesting. I can
email you a scanned image of the prototype to meet with your approval and we can go from there.

Q: Do all cards come with envelopes?
A: Yes, all cards come with appropriately sized white envelopes. If you are requesting envelopes in coordinating
colors to match the cards or invitations, our ability to accommodate your request depends on availability of the
envelopes. Due to the extra efforts and cost to provide matching envelopes, there will be an extra charge to fulfill
your needs.
Q: After I have placed an order, how soon will I receive my cards or invitations?
A: After you have approved the card, production will start immediately. The time frame to receive the cards
depends on the size of the order. When you receive the email containing the image of your card for approval, there
will also be a time frame under which the order will be completed and an expected date of shipment.
Q: How will the cards be shipped? Will they have some sort of protection around them?
A: All shipments will be sent via Priority Mail, unless other arrangements have been made. The packaging of the
cards depends on the number of cards ordered. For individual cards, they will arrive in individual sealed cellophane
envelopes. For multiple cards ordered, they will arrive in individual clear lid boxes protecting them through shipment.
Of course all shipments will include an equal number of envelopes.
Q: Are your cards guaranteed?
A: Absolutely. If you are not satisfied with the cards or invitations that you have purchased, you will receive a full
refund with the return of the products delivered. We only ask that you return them in the same manner in which
they were received, undamaged. We truly believe in any product that leaves us, and in the event you are not
completely satisfied we will do all we can to rectify the situation.
