Thank You for choosing Simply Splendid Sentiments.  Please fill out the information on the order form below.  You can order up
to four different card styles on each order form you submit.  Shortly after submitting your order, you will receive a scanned
image of the card for your approval along with an invoice for the order.  After you have approved the design and submitted
payment to the invoice, production will begin.  We accept payments by check, money order and credit card.  When you receive
the invoice, you will be given the option to pay by credit card through Pay Pal or to mail us a check or money order.  After
your cards are completed, your cards will be sent to you via Priority Mail.  We hope you enjoy the cards just as much as we
